America the Beautiful Silver Bullion Coins are authorized by the same law that is responsible for the creation of the America the Beautiful Quarters. Running at least from 2010 to 2021, the quarter-dollars honor a National Park or National Site within in state, the District of Columbia and the five U.S. Territories.
The bullion coins are struck as .999 fine silver duplicates of the quarters (although they will be significantly larger), and follow their release — five per year, except for the final year of the program where the one remaining coin will be released. In total, 56 designs in 11 years will honor the selected sites in the order they were registered with the government.
All sites have already been selected by Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner. The United States Mint has published the schedule for each, shown below. The specific months and times will be included when available.
